A 1950s building with a more historic heritage. The original Plough was located about half a mile away but had to be moved to make way for a Spitfire airfield during the second world war.  This Polish squadron is today honoured by a war memorial outside the rebuilt pub.  Although this is one of Harveys most 'out of the way' houses it is well worth the journey for its excellent food, views and glorious isolation.
