Manager of the wine department since 2000 sourcing an extensive range of wines for Harveys customers, both retail and wholesale, from all over the world.

Adam Cernik - Assistant Wine Development Manager -

Joined Harveys in 2007 after graduating from the Wine and Business Course at Plumpton College. Selects wine for the free trade and provides wine lists for pubs and restaurants.

Carol Thwaites - Spirits Buyer -

Sources and orders Harveys wide range of spirits, ciders and soft drinks.
