The two brewers came up with a recipe which combined their malts, hop varieties and yeast strains. The beer was brewed at Burning Sky with the brewing teams of both breweries present throughout.

Harvey’s is to re-introduce keg beer after a
gap of more than 15 years.
This year we combined the Floral Awards and the
Silent Customer Awards into one big celebration.

award ceremony and to everyone who attended.
Starting the fifth leg of our SDW journey, Amberley to Steyning, it seemed to us that as we had passed the half-way point. We were sort of, nearly, getting to the home stretch.
The new look will be officially unveiled at the trade session of the Great British Beer Festival on Tuesday 9th August.

The day has come where you can finally drink Harvey’s Sussex Best Bitter 450 feet up, with stunning surrounding views of the South Downs and Sussex Coast.
It was fitting that the walk that took us to the half way point of the SDW was a day of two halves. The first half was cold, threatening rain and began with our departure delayed at a boot sale. The first thought was one of forced march, heads down, with everyone feeling sleepy. This was to change as you shall see.

brewed solely with Andrew Hoad’s ‘Sussex Hop’
from Salehurst in Sussex.
