Food Pairing
This session strength IPA is the ideal table beer, being bold in character but light in body. With soft caramel and toast notes backing up autumnal orange and spice aromas from the hops, it would be amazing with tomato-based curries, especially creamier ones like tikka masala and butter chicken.
It’s even robust enough to go with some big and bold American foods – barbecue chicken wings, Cajun spice and smoked brisket. Essentially, look for the kinds of food that makes you thirsty!
