Harvey’s Brewery Tour – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or gift voucher for a Harvey’s Brewery Tour, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all ticket buyers, gift vouchers, and attendees.

1. Age Requirement

• All attendees must be 18 years or older.
• Proof of age may be required. Entry may be refused without refund if valid ID cannot be provided.

2. Building Access & Mobility

• Our brewery is a Grade II listed industrial building with uneven floors, narrow walkways and multiple staircases.
• The tour route is not suitable for wheelchair users, pushchairs, or those with limited mobility.
• If unsure about suitability, please contact us before booking.

3. Safety & Footwear

• This is an industrial environment; flat, closed-toe, practical footwear is mandatory.
• Entry may be refused if footwear is unsuitable.

4. Tour Schedule

• Tours generally take place on weekday evenings, Monday - Thursday.
• Tour dates and times may change; we will notify attendees of any necessary amendments.

5. Access Restrictions

• Certain areas may be restricted for safety, maintenance or operational reasons.
• Restrictions may change without notice.

6. Production Status

• Brewery production is not active during tours.
• Equipment may be dormant or undergoing cleaning processes.

7. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

• Attendees must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or acting unsafely may be refused entry or removed without refund.

8. Liability

• While we take reasonable care to ensure a safe environment, attendance is at your own risk.
• Harvey & Son (Lewes) Ltd accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence.
• Attendees are expected to act responsibly and take reasonable care for their own safety.

9. Ticket Transfers, Refunds & No-Shows

• You may refund, cancel or reschedule your tour up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the event date. This allows us time to offer your place to those on our waiting list.
• Cancellations made within this 14-day window will be refunded minus the booking fee charged by our ticketing platform.
• If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee (18+) with prior notice.
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, including late arrivals or missed tours for any reason outside Harvey’s control.
• If Harvey’s must cancel or significantly amend a tour, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• If you have any questions about refunds, rescheduling or transfers, please contact us directly.

10. Photography & Filming

• Photography is permitted unless otherwise specified.
• Harvey’s may photograph or film the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform a member of staff before the tour begins.
• Flash photography may be restricted for safety.

11. Privacy

• Your contact details will be used to manage your booking and send essential tour information.
• All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
