Harvey's Masquerade Ball 2026

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the East Sussex National Hotel for what promises to be a fantastic evening.

Please find some useful information below to help you plan for the event. If you have any questions before Saturday, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Coach Travel

For those who are booked on to the coach here is a reminder of the timings:

18:30 – Depart Harvey’s Brewery Back Yard
18:50 – Arrive at East Sussex National Hotel

00:15 – Depart East Sussex National Hotel
00:30 – Arrive back at Harvey’s Brewery Back Yard

If you’re planning to get a taxi home from the venue or after returning to the brewery, we’d recommend booking this in advance.

Reception

A welcome drink will be waiting for you on arrival in the reception area. We’ll also be taking a group photo for all in attendance before heading through for dinner.

Food

We’re keeping the menu a surprise for the evening! If you’ve already let us know about any dietary requirements, these will be catered for.

Football

We know the England match is taking place later in the evening. We have plenty of entertainment planned, but for anyone who would like to keep an eye on the score or catch some of the match, there are televisions available in the bar area.
