Harvey's announce shirt sponsorship for Lewes FC

A PARTNERSHIP BREWED IN LEWES

Harvey’s Brewery is proud to become the new front of shirt sponsor of Lewes FC Men’s First Team, bringing together two historic Lewes institutions with a shared passion for the town we call home.

There’s plenty of shared history between us, too.

Harvey’s has been brewing in Lewes since 1790, and Lewes FC was founded just down the road at The Royal Oak pub in 1885. We’d already been brewing in the town for nearly a century by then, so we like to think a pint of Harvey’s may have played a small part in proceedings!

Nearly 140 years later, our paths are still closely intertwined.

Harvey’s has enjoyed a long relationship with the club, and in 2024 we solidified that connection as the community partner at The Dripping Pan, with our beers now served throughout the ground.

When the unique opportunity arose to step in as Men’s First Team shirt sponsor, we were delighted to be able to help.

Both Harvey’s and Lewes FC are important pillars of the town, built on generations of history but very much part of Lewes today. As custodians of these institutions, we have a responsibility to protect what has come before us, while helping them thrive for generations to come.

For us, that’s both a privilege and a passion.
