Harvey's Brewery have produced a celebratory edition of their Elizabethan Ale using sparkling wine yeast,

As some eagle-eyed Harvey’s bottle beer patrons may have noticed, many of our beers, most notably our Christmas Ale, were only available in 500ml bottles at the end of 2022.

This simple yet delicious recipe makes a versatile Chilli Jam with the perfect balance of sweet & sour flavours and a nice hit of chilli heat!
