We are a traditional family run village pub with a range of good food and a wide selection of drinks.  

We have worked hard to create a warm, friendly and cosy atmosphere both inside and outside where customers can relax with their favourite tipple, dine or both!  

All family members are welcome at the Hare the Hounds, with an area to entertain the kids and watering stations for your four legged friends.

We have built a great reputation through positive word of mouth. Winning CAMRA’s Northeast Sussex Pub of the Year in 2020, becoming a Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice, two year’s running and reaching the finals of the Uckfield Business Awards for best place to eat.
