Christmas Tea Bread

With Christmas celebrations right around the corner, it's the perfect time make some Christmas Tea Bread to serve to your guests! 

This recipe was made using Harvey's Champion Ale but any Harvey's ale can be used! 


  • 675g Mixed Dried Fruit 
  • 450ml Harvey's Ale 
  • 450g Self Raising Flour 
  • 225g Soft Brown Sugar 
  • 1 Egg 


1) Soak fruit in Harvey's Ale overnight. 

2) Mix all ingredients and cook in very moderate oven, 160 degrees, for around 1¼  hours depending on the oven. 

3) Decorate as you please.
