After a very successful first years trading Harveys now wish to appoint a residential “Franchisee”. This is a different form of agreement to the traditional 6 year tenancy as it is an annual arrangement.
The ingoing costs are less than a traditional tenancy as the franchisee is not required to buy the inventory. Also a number of the ongoing costs are paid by Harveys and recharged to the franchise.
We believe that this is a wonderful opportunity and suggest that the person or persons applying will be enthusiastic for our locally revered beers and have a cooking/catering capability.
The Rights of Man is a 2 bar or 2 pub operation. The rear “Martyrs Bar” having its own cellar, bar and atmosphere. All quite unique.
The accommodation is adequate and well appointed, it can be accessed without walking through the pub. There is a terrace trade garden and rear courtyard. This pub is a rare gem in the Harveys estate.
If you believe you have the capabilities required to take this great house to the next level then please contact us via our application system.
Funding required circa £25k.
