Bacchus Brewing visit to Harvey's

Ross Kendrick, the owner of Bacchus Brewing in Australia, visited Harvey's today where he was then whisked off to the hop gardens in Sussex.

From reproducing classic favourites, developing house brews and creating 'one off' beers for their own brewery bar, Bacchus Brewing are not afraid to push boundaries within the beer industry. On average they are even brewing three brand new beers every week!

Ross visited the hop gardens with Mike Glen, a fellow countryman and Brewer, who is spending two years with Harvey's whilst sitting his Institute of Brewery and Distilling exams.

Green hops were returned to the Brewery at Lewes in time for the Southdown Harvest worts to be cast onto them in the hop back.

The resultant beer will be in trade during September.
