Today we are brewing 'South Down Harvest'. Maris Otter barley, grown in West Sussex was floor malted for us at Warminster, Britain's oldest working maltings.

 

At first appearance you might think that two fermenting vessels of Wharf IPA is not remarkable.

We have opened a pop-up shop at our Depot site in Lewes temporarily whilst our Brewery Shop is closed.

For the safety and well-being of our staff and customers we have decided to close our Lewes Brewery Shop as of Monday 23rd March, until further notice.
